TERMS OF SALES                   

1. Our official website sepatucompass.com caters only for International purchases (Not for Indonesia). Purchases in Indonesia can be made from Compass' Official Store or Official Retailers.
2. The product prices displayed on the website are in local currency (IDR) and inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
3. Payment Method is via credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
4. Shipping Rates are calculated before checkout. The exact Shipping Rates depend on the country the product is being delivered to.
5. All International purchases will be delivered by DHL EXPRESS.

RETURNS                   
Defective Products                  

1. Please have video recording of oneself unboxing the package and inspecting the product.
2. Should there be a defect or inconsistency with the order placed, please email [email protected] within 1x 24 hours of receiving product.
3. If the claim is justified, we will organise an exchange or refund.
4. Delivery cost of Defect-based Returns will covered by Compass.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS                

1. We do not provide refunds for products that have NO defective or flawed issues.
2. Exchange of size can only be made within one (1) size range and of the same Model ordered.
3. Should the Model/size requested is not available, Compass has the right to offer a different Model that is of the same retail price.
4. Delivery cost of Exchange-based Returns will be covered by the Customer.
