Compass® Warranty, Protecting What Matters Most
Introducing a new feature on the MyCOMPASS app: Compass® Warranty, designed to protect both your product and your trust in us.
After launching the MyCOMPASS app on 22 April 2025, Compass® has now updated its features by introducing Compass® Warranty.
We know how much your Compass® shoes mean to you. How they follow you through daily commutes, weekend gigs, and everything in between. That’s why Compass® Warranty exists: to make sure your journey never stops because of damage or defects.
Here’s tutorial to claim your warranty.
1. Open MyCOMPASS App and log in with your Compass® account. If you don’t have one, tap Register to create an account.
2. From the homepage, go to the Warranty page.
3. Before proceeding, make sure to read our Terms & Conditions carefully.
4. Tap Claim Warranty to start your submission.
Fill out the Claim Warranty Form.
5. Select the product you want to claim from your collection. Choose the type of damage you’re reporting.
6. Upload clear photos showing the damaged part of your Compass® shoes.
7. Fill in your Contact Details information accurately.
8. Track your claim status on the Warranty page after submission.
9. You’ll get a notification once your claim is reviewed, either approved or declined.
10. If your claim is approved, follow the instructions in your notification to begin the return process.
11. Fill out the Return Details accurately.
12. Once processed, your repaired product will be delivered—ready to take you further with Compass®.

Compass® Warranty applies to all Compass® footwear products.

Previously, you could only scan the NFC to verify product authenticity. Now, Compass® Warranty ensures that the product in your hands is also protected.
It offers coverage for repairs or replacements and is valid for six (6) months after activation. Claims can only be submitted through the MyCOMPASS app and may take up to 14 working days after the product is received by the Compass® team.
